What problems were you facing when starting out with eCom Success Academy?
I was going through the rehab process after injuring my back and discovered that having good posture was absolutely critical. Actually that was very easy. I asked individuals to buy my product even before I started making it to validate the idea that I had. A very powerful strategy you can use is pre-sale since it allows you to be sure there is real demand for your product. That helps with minimizing the amount of financial risk that you have to take. In addition, I was very confident that my product could help people with their posture given that I was the first customer and it worked so well for me.

At that point it would have been really easy to just simply give up. However, I knew if I could get through all of my failures and just keep reiterating that I could succeed.

Also, to get over my fears of failure (it prevents you from being able to achieve success).
Stay focused on the fundamental: Determine what problems people are struggling with and then create a solution for it. Pre-sell the solution you have created, over-deliver on execution, find out where your customers are and be there too, and then show them how their problem is solved by your product.
There are too many individuals focusing on solutions instead of identifying what problems people are wanting solutions for. Work backwards instead from whatever your prospective customers’ needs are, including your own.
When you first got your eCommerce business running, what were the main roadblocks that you had to deal with?
In order to convince individuals that it would work before they bought it, I had video and testimonials to solve that problem. Some people had issues with the fact that fancy materials are not used for making my product. However, I have learned inside eCom success academy is that I cared whether it worked or not. To keep my expenses low I kept everything simple.
