Pixel Magic Shopify App: This product bills annually or monthly for continued access to their service and app within the Shopify eCommerce system. Once a monthly or annual membership fee has been processed, it will become non-refundable. However, you can cancel the service at any time to prevent future billing, though this will mean that you no longer have access to the product.

How to Request a Refund

 

Each product within the Launch Wise LLC portfolio comes with a unique support email address which should be given to customers upon purchase. This email address is available both from your order notification receipt (provided via email), and in the members area for your product. You will need to write to the specific email address given within the time frame provided to request a refund on your purchase.
